Our Project

The project of Samana Smart City is a scenic piece of land situated on Rawalpindi -Kahuta road. The location is 9.8 km from the bridge over river Sohan on the Express Highway. The land is desired to be developed into a smart city by integrating technology with real estate and introducing smart practices to provide our customers with a modern lifestyle in a natural and eco-friendly environment.

The land is studded with natural features such as a lake, high ridge flank extensive greenery, clear views of the Margala mountain range, and foothills of Kashmir. The visualized smart city is spread over a legally possessed land free of all encumbrances. The Rawalpindi Kahuta road is due to be converted to dual carriage for which the contract has been awarded to FWO. Additionally, the Kahuta interchange on the planned Twin City Ring Road project is situated at a distance of 0.5 km from the main gate of the planned city thereby giving it a high connectivity and drastically reducing the traveling time across the twin cities.
